力矩波动虚拟测试系统的建立及精度分析

作为一种新型高效电机,国内对于永磁式力矩电机的研究尚处于起步阶段,国内外对力矩电机的测试标准也没有统一的规定。由于实际应用中设计一套测试装置的成本较高,虚拟样机系统的发展越来越迅速,并为减少开发成本提供了有效的参考。本文从永磁式力矩电机在实际应用要求的角度出发,基于平衡式直接测量法设计一套转矩波动虚拟测试系统,利用ADAMS软件和ANSYS软件建模,并从转动惯量的角度对测试系统的精度进行分析。
s a new high-efficiency motors, permanent magnet torque motor for the domestic research is still in its infancy. Domestic and international testing standards for torque motor is also no uniform regulations. As a practical application in the design cost of the device is high, virtual prototyping system development more rapidly, provide an effective reference to reduce development costs. This paper is discuss the permanent magnet torque motor in the actual application requirements, balanced direct measurement method based is used to design a torque ripple virtual test system. and analysis the accuracy of the test system by using ADAMS and ANSYS modeling softwares.
