基于锁相环的同步电机转子位置检测技术
Rotor Position Detection of Synchronous Motor Based on PLL
基于锁相环技术的转子位置无传感器检测方法可有效检测出同步电机的转子位置,从而增加同步电机系统的可靠性。本文提出在转子中注入高频电流信号,通过对定子感应出的高频电压信号处理和锁相得到转子位置信息。并通过仿真验证了方案的可行性与准确性,最后将检测方法应用于同步电机自控变频启动系统中,电机可平稳启动。
In order to improve the reliability of the synchronous motor system, detection of rotor position without sensor is researched. This detection based on PLL and signal injection is proposed to get the ESM's rotor position. It takes advantage of the structure of ESM,and injects the signal from the rotor side. Then it induces high frequency EMF, and the rotor position can be obtained after signal processing and PLL. At last this method is proved by simulation in the self-controlled sychronous motor system.
