摩托车点火系统产生的电磁干扰是导致摩托车EMC测试不合格的主要原因之一。为了研究摩托车点火系统产生的传导EMI,论文建立了点火系统各部件的高频等效电路模型,并在此基础上组建系统的仿真计算模型;将仿真计算得到的点火电压的时域曲线、人工电源网络上传导骚扰电压的频域曲线与实验测试数据进行对比,验证了所建仿真模型的有效性;分析了点火线圈添加屏蔽层抑制系统传导EMI的机理,仿真计算的表明,这种方法能对系统中传导骚扰取得较好抑制效果。

Electromagnetic interference generated by the ignition system is one of the main reasons that cause the motorcycle EMC test failure. In order to discuss the conductive EMI generated by motorcycle ignition system,a high-frequency equivalent circuit model for each component of the ignition system is set up. Then, according to the connection relationship of the ignition system, a whole simulation model is assembled. The simulation results of the ignition voltage curve in time-domain and the conduction disturbance voltage in frequency-domain on the LISN are consistent with the measurement results,which verifies the system model. After explaining the conduction of the interference signal in the system,a method to suppress the conductive EMI by adding shielding material to the ignition coil is proposed. The simulation result shows that this method can achieve a good result.
