基于结构方程模型的大学生创业意向影响因素研究
Based on the Structural Equation Model Research to the Influential Factors of College Students' Entrepreneurial Tendencies
选取南京市金陵科技学院为例，以462个样本数据库为基础，建立大学生创业意向影响因素结构方程模型，论证大学生的自我效能、创业态度、创业环境正向影响其创业意向。又根据的大学生的性别、年级等特性，着重分析其对大学生的创业意向的影响。
hoose NanJing JinLing Institute of Ttechnology as an example.Establish college students' entrepreneurial intention factors affecting structural equation model based on the 462 samples database.Demonstrates the self-efficacy of college students, entrepreneurial attitude, positive influence on the entrepreneurial intention of entrepreneurship environment. And according to the college students' features such as gender, grade, emphatically analyzes its influence on entrepreneurial intention of college students.
