基于3G网络的移动电子政务系统研究

he global information technology is quietly changing the way people live and work, with the commercialization of 3G services, mobile e-government becomes an important way of the government departments improving administrative efficiency and satisfaction at this stage, and develops rapidly. This paper describes the network architecture of the mobile e-government system from the side of both the operators and the government, and elaborates the logical structure of mobile e-government platform which is the core part of the mobile e-government system. Finally, this paper focuses on the typical mobile e--government services and applications based on the 3G network, and proposes a complete system security policy.
