钒氧化物纳米管负载钯纳米颗粒的合成、表征及其在Heck反应中的应用
Synthesis, Characterization of Vanadium Oxide Nanotubes Supported Palladium Nanoparticles and Its Application in Heck Reaction
本文通过V2O5和十六胺的水热反应制备出钒氧化物纳米管(VOx-NTs),然后利用VOx-NTs的离子交换反应和甲醛作还原剂合成出VOx-NTs负载钯纳米颗粒(Pd-NPs/VOx-NTs),并推测了其合成机理。透射电子显微镜(TEM)和X-射线衍射(XRD)分析表明该Pd-NPs主要沿着(111)方向生长,粒度在1-6nm,均匀分散于VOx-NTs的端部。Pd-NPs/VOx-NTs的催化结果表明,该催化剂在多种底物的Heck反应有良好的催化活性。由于溶剂对VOx-NTs的剥蚀和催化反应对Pd-NPs的化学刻蚀,Pd-NPs/VOx-NTs催化剂的循环使用性较差。
Vanadium oxide nanotubes (VOx-NTs) was synthesized by hydrothermal treatment of V2O5 and hexadecylamine, then the VOx-NTs supported palladium nanoparticles (Pd-NPs/VOx-NTs) was synthesized by ion exchange of VOx-NTs and reduction of formaldehyde, and the synthetic mechanism of Pd-NPs/VOx-NTs was inferred. The Pd-NPs/VOx-NTs was characterized by transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and X-ray diffraction (XRD), which indicated that the Pd-NPs grew mainly along the (111) direction and was well dispersed in the end of VOx-NTs with sizes ranging from 1-6 nm. The Pd-NPs/VOx-NTs was used as catalyst for Heck reactions and exhibited excellent catalytic activity. Poor performance in reusability was attributed to the denudation of VOx-NTs by solvent and chemical denudation of Pd-NPs during the catalytic process.
