通过对斜齿轮进行有限元分析，阐述了某高线厂斜齿轮产生裂纹的原因，并研究了斜齿轮螺旋角和齿数对有效齿宽的影响，说明了斜齿轮齿宽的作用及其对齿轮疲劳强度的影响。
Based on finite element analysis of oblique tooth gear, this paper discusses the cause of its cracking. Tooth width is an important parameter of skew gear. After studying of the influence of mode number and teeth number, this paper discussed the influence of tooth width on the fatigue strength of skew gear.
