Influence on Enzyme Activities of Soil under Different Grazing Ways in Desert Steppe

对不同放牧方式下荒漠草原土壤(0-30cm)几种酶活性的变化进行了研究。结果表明,在放牧强度为0.75只/hm2时,与禁牧草地相比,放牧草地土壤脲酶、过氧化氢酶、磷酸酶、转化酶、脱氢酶活性均出现不同程度的增加。随着轮牧分区的增加,脲酶、转化酶和脱氢酶总体呈上升趋势,过氧化氢酶活性差异不大。磷酸酶活性在自由放牧和二区轮牧条件下高于四区和六区轮牧。放牧草地和禁牧草地0-30cm不同土层土壤酶活性均呈现随深度的增加而下降。

hanges of some several enzyme activities of soil (0-30cm) under different grazing ways in desert steppe were studied. The results showed that when the intensity of grazing was 0.75 sheep/hm2, urease, catalase, phosphatase, invertase and dehydrogenase activities decreased different degrees compared with the ungrazing grassland. With the increase in rotational grazing area, urease, invertase and dehydrogenase activities become upward trend, but catalase was little difference. Phosphatase activity in free grazing areas and two rotational grazing conditions were more than four zones and six zones rotational grazing. Enzymes activities of different soil layers in 0-30cm for grazing and ungrazing steppe decreased with the depth of the soil increased.
