目的]研究海南粗榧内生真菌Alternaria sp. CH1307c次级代谢产物。[方法]对该菌以大米固体发酵方式进行培养,采用硅胶柱层析、制备薄层层析、重结晶以及半制备液相等方法,从培养物的乙酸乙酯萃取相中分离、纯化获得8个单体化合物,运用现代波谱技术对其结构进行解析,鉴定这些化合物分别为Pestalotiopin A(1)、β-Sitosterol(2)、Alternariol 5-O-sulfate(3)、Alternariol monomethyl ether(4)、scopoletin(5)、cerevisterol(6)、oblongolide V(7)和3-Methoxyphenoxy(8)。所有化合物均为首次从海南粗榧内生真菌中分离得到。

[Objective] Study on secondary metabolites of endophytic fungi Alternaria sp. CH1307c from Cephalotaxus hainanensis Li. [Method] 8 compounds were isolated from the ethyl acetate extract of the rice fermentation by using silica gel column chromatography, preparative thin-layer chromatography, recrystallization and semi preparative liquid chromatography method, The structures of these compounds were identified by comprehensive spectroscopic characterizations as Pestalotiopin A(1), β-Sitosterol(2), Alternariol 5-O-sulfate(3), Alternariol monomethyl ether(4), Scopoletin(5), Cerevisterol(6), Oblongolide V(7) and 3-Methoxyphenoxy(8). All compounds were isolated from endophytic fungi of Cephalotaxus hainanensis Li for the first time.
