多维贫困人口测算模块的设计与实现

村级贫困人口及其分布区域的有效瞄准和识别是新阶段连片特困区农村扶贫开发需要解决的首要问题。随着国家对扶贫政策的日趋重视,从多个维度把握贫困实质并进行多维贫困的具体度量已经成为研究点。本文在系统设计多维贫困识别指标体系基础上,结合多维贫困测算模型具体算法,以连片特困区扶贫重点县-重庆市黔江区为研究区域详细阐述了多维贫困人口测算模块的设计思路以及关键点的实现。该模块结合GIS可视化对多维贫困测算结果做了空间化处理,方便快捷地显示了该地区多维度下的贫困程度,并以饼图的形式反映了相应维度和指标下的贫困贡献度。
In special poverty-stricken rural areas,the primary problem of poverty alleviation is effective targeting and identifying of the poor and their distribution area.Along with our country paying more attention to poverty alleviation,In rencent years ,researchers around the world focus on grasping the essence of multidimensional poverty and mesurement especially the indentification of the poor population.Based on systematic design of multidimensional poverty indentifying indeices system, combining the destitute areas multidimensional poverty measurement model algorithm,the article of chongqing as study area and takes key country from national contiguous special poverty-stricken areas-qianjiang country in the city describes the multidimensional poverty measurement module design ideas and key points in detail. This module combines Geographic Information System visualization to display multi-dimensional poverty level in the area as well as the degree of contribution to the corresponding dimension of the poverty in the form of pie chart.
