艾灸对AA模型大鼠足三里局部微血流变化的影响
Influence on local blood microflow for AA rat model with moxibustion on "ST36"
目的：采用激光多普勒血流监测技术观察艾灸对足三里局部微血流变化的影响，以期对艾灸作用局部机制的深入研究探明方向、打下基础。方法：选用Wistar大鼠进行AA模型建立后，用艾条对大鼠左侧足三里进行温和灸干预，同时用PeriFlux 5000激光多普勒血流监测仪进行局部微血流数据的采集和分析。结果：1.局部微血流灌注量，模型组、模灸组均高于空白组，且模灸组高于模型组；2.局部血流变化趋势，空白组呈逐渐下降变化，模型组呈较平稳趋势，模灸组呈"先上升、后下降"改变。结论：艾灸可以明显改善穴位局部微血流，并呈"先上升、后下降"改变，激光多普勒血流监测技术可靠，可在今后的研究中应用。
Objective: Monitoring the influence of moxibustion on local blood flow of "ST36" with Laser Doppler blood-flow monitoring (LDF). Methods: Wistar rats were chosen to induce AA rat model. Mild moxibustion on the left "ST36" of AA rat. At the same time, PeriFlux 5000 LDF were used to collect and analyze the local blood flow data. Result: 1.The local blood flow of the modeling group and model+moxibustion group were both higher than control groups, as well as model+moxibustion group higher than the modeling group. 2. The control group showed relatively stable trend with slowly decreased. The modeling group showed stable trend. The model+moxibustion group increased at first and then decreased. Conclusion: Moxibustion can effectively improve local blood flow of "ST36", and with increase at first and decrease later. The LDF monitoring method is reliable and available in future research.
