SIS结合磁性纳米颗粒热疗小鼠结肠癌实验研究

摘要
目的 研究小肠黏膜下层(SIS Small intestinal submucosa)吸附磁性颗粒后在交变磁场中的加热升温,及其作为热疗介质应用于小鼠结肠癌模型热疗的效果。方法 将磁性纳米颗粒沉淀在SIS上,手术植入,使其包裹肿瘤组织,交变磁场下升温至43℃,观察肿瘤抑制率、小鼠生存期,病理检测肿瘤的凋亡及各个脏器。结果 在交变磁场下,磁性颗粒升温迅速。热疗组瘤体积增长抑制显著,病理检测证实肿瘤组织部分凋亡,正常脏器无变化。结论 磁流体热疗在热疗后,7天内肿瘤生长受到抑制,之后抑制缓解生长加快;SIS吸附磁性纳米颗粒在交变磁场中产热,植入热疗后,瘤体积的生长受到抑制,热疗后20内天,肿瘤生长明显受抑制,之后瘤体增长抑制减弱。实验证明植入热疗可为肿瘤治疗提供一定的理论基础。Abstract
Objective:To observe the SIS,which adsorb of magnetic particles in the alternating magnetic field the temperature behavior, and to discuss SIS the medium as hyperthermia in mouse colon cancer model, the effect of hyperthermia and safety. Methods: magnetic nanoparticles have be adsorbed on the SIS,which was surgical implantation of package to tumor tissue, alternating magnetic field heating to 43 ℃, observed mice surial and tumors and the tumor accumulate curve inhibition rate, pathology tested tumor survival and apoptosis situation organs. Results: In alternating magnetic field, the magnetic particle was rapidly heated. Heat treatment methods of integrated growth inhibition was remarkable, pathological detection confirmed tumor tissue apoptosis, normal organs without change. Conclusion: magnetic fluid heat treatment tumor growth was suppressed in 7 days after heat treatment, inhibited the growth after ease; SIS adsorption magnetic nanoparticles was be heated in the alternating magnetic field, and implanted the growth of tumors parts of the product was restrained, tumor apoptosis, heated treatment within 20 days, the growth of tumor was obviously inhibited. Experiments proved that implanted SIS heat treatment for treatment of cancer can provide certain theoretical basis. 关键词
