ECAP加工对SiCp/ZL108铝基复合材料韧性的影响

Equal-Channel Angular Pressing of PMMC: Effect on toughness

Equal channel angular pressing (ECAP) was applied to the 6%SiCp/ZL108 composite, and the impact toughness at ambient temperature and at low temperature were investigated. The results showed that the impact toughness of composite which was processed 6 passes, was decreased with the depressed temperature from 20°C to 0°C, and was elevated from 0°C to -35°C. The impact toughness of as-cast sample is only 1.3J/cm2, but the impact toughness increased to 11.9J/cm2 after processing 5 passes by route C.
