基于PLC的煤矿提升机的变频调速系统
he Variable Frequency Speed Regulation System of Coalmine Elevator Based On PLC Control
本文以某矿的矸石山提升运输机为研究对象，主要围绕如何通过S7-300PLC控制变频器，使得交流异步电机实现平滑调速，并与传统的继电器控制、串电阻调速做了对比，体现出了变频调速和PLC控制的优越性，同时文中还介绍了控制系统中的一些必要的保护、显示、报警等重要功能。确保煤矿生产能够安全顺利进行。
IIn this paper ，it mainly studys how to control coalmine elevator through altering frequency by S7-300 PLC , to achieve a desired smooth varied speed . It also compares this way with traditional relay control and regulating speed , this manifest its advantages . Meanwhile , it introduces some protective devices , alarming equipment and so on . it ensures coalmine function well .
