Static Analysis and Research of JD20 Winch's Brake Wheel
本文从摩擦制动的基本理论出发,分析了制动瞬间制动轮的受力状况,在准确施加边界条件的基础上对制动轮进行静态分析;考察在1.5倍和2倍静制动力矩下制动轮的强度和刚度情况;从静力学角度给出了制动轮的改进方法,对今后制动轮的合理设计提供了一定的参考。
In this paper,from the theory of fiction braking, the force condition of brake wheel was analyzed at the instant of braking. By applying the boundary condition correctly, the static analysis of brake wheel were finished by the software ANSYS. The strength and stiffness of brake wheel at 2 and 3 times of static braking moment were investigated. Improvement methods for brake wheel were given from the statics. This result provided some reference for designing brake wheel reasonably in the future.
