基于2-D DFT-DWT混合变换的SAR图像去噪
SAR Image Denoising Based on 2-D DFT-DWT Hybrid Transform
合成孔径雷达(SAR)图像在农业、林业、海洋、测绘等方面有着广泛的用途,由于相干斑噪声的存在,严重影响着SAR图像的进一步处理和应用,因此如何有效的去除SAR图像的斑点噪声成为了国内外众多学者研究的热点。本文提出了一种基于二维混合变换理论的SAR图像的去噪方法。首先,在SAR图像的不同维度上分别进行傅里叶变换和小波变换。然后,在傅里叶变换域中采用维纳滤波去噪,而在小波变换域中采用自适应硬阈值去噪。最后,结合空域中的中值滤波算法,对混合变换重构以后的SAR图像进行中值滤波去噪处理,从而得到去噪后的SAR图像。实验结果表明,该方法能够快速有效的去除SAR图像的斑点噪声。
he synthetic aperture radar (SAR) has been widely used in agriculture, forestry, hydrology, mining, marine, mapping and other fields. The presence of speckle noise has a serious impact on the further processing and application of SAR images. How to remove the speckle noise of SAR images effectively has become the research focus of many scholars. A method for SAR image denoising based on 2-D DFT-DWT transform is presented in this paper. Firstly, Fourier transform and wavelet transform are used respectively on the two dimensions of SAR image. Then, Winner filter is used in the Fourier transform domain and adaptive hard thresholding is used in the wavelet transform domain. Finally, median filter is used to reconstructed SAR images. After the above processing steps, the SAR images with less noise is obtained. The experiment result shows that the algorithm can remove the speckle noise of SAR images quickly and effectively.
