为了阐明主要抗旱造林树种对节律性干旱胁迫的生理生态响应机制,采用盆栽试验方法,以侧柏和元宝枫幼树为试验材料,探讨了不同生长阶段、不同干旱胁迫强度(中度、重度水分胁迫)和干旱胁迫历时(15,30,45 d)及其复水后(24h 和 48h)幼树叶片的质膜相对透性、脯氨酸含量及其恢复度的变化规律。结果表明:不同生长阶段幼树叶质膜透性变化与干旱胁迫程度、历时呈正相关。幼树渗透调节能力变化的总趋势是生长前期、生长盛期到生长后期逐渐增强;复水后,总的趋势是生长后期恢复最快,生长盛期次之,生长前期恢复最慢;元宝枫恢复能力较强,侧柏较弱。两树种脯氨酸含量随着胁迫程度的增大,呈现先升高再降低的趋势;复水后24h到复水后48h这段时间, 脯氨酸含量的变化趋势因胁迫程度不同而异。幼树脯氨酸含量增加产生的调节能力是有限的,复水后叶质膜透性的恢复也存在超补偿现象;侧柏和元宝枫对生长前期遭受干旱胁迫的恢复能力较弱。

Based on the measurements of leaf electric conductivity and proline content with two-year-old pot-cultured seedlings of Platycladus orientalis and Acer truncatum, osmotic adjustment ability under different growth stages (early growth stage, fast growth stage and late growth stage), drought stress severity (moderate and severe water stress) and stress duration (15d, 30d, 45d), restoration degree after re-watering (24h and 48h) were studied. The results showed that there are positive relationships between the plasma-membrane permeability and drought stress severity. The Osmotic Adjustment ability of saplings during drought stress was late growth stage > fast growth stage> early growth stage. The main trend of recovery after re-watering at different growth stage was late growth stage > fast growth stage> early growth stage also, and for the two tree species was Acer truncatum >Platycladus orientalis. With the increase in severity of drought stress, proline content increased firstly and then decreased gradually, which showed that adjustment ability of proline was not strong enough to endure the drought stress. The trend of recovery for proline content existed diversity according to the different growth stage, different drought stress severity after re-watering from 24 hours to 48 hours. Plasma-membrane permeability of both saplings all existed extra-compensation after moderate water stress followed by re-watering.
