海藻酸纤维化学稳定性研究

根据印染加工的特点,对海藻酸纤维的耐酸性、耐碱性、耐盐性及抗氧化性进行了初步研究与探讨,为海藻酸纤维在纺织行业的开发与应用提供了理论基础。研究结果表明:海藻酸纤维不耐强酸强碱,不耐盐,抗氧化性极差;通过对浓度、温度和时间等因素对海藻酸纤维失重率的影响结果还表明:温度对海藻酸纤维的失重率影响最大,其次是浓度、时间。其中,温度对海藻酸纤维的耐酸性、抗氧化性影响优为明显,在80℃条件下,海藻酸纤维几乎全部降解为小分子而溶解。
ccording to peculiarities of dyeing and finishing processing, the stabilities of alginate fibers were primary studied and discussed such as resistance to acid and alkali, salt endurance and oxidation resistance which provide alginate fiber a theoretic basis for the development and application of textile industry. Results of this study indicate that alginate fiber can not resist acid and alkali, both salt endurance and oxidation resistance of alginate fiber are worse; various factors were applied to research the weight-lost of the fiber, such as concentration,temperature and time. Results of these still indicate that the temperature is the primary reason and the next is concentration and treatment time. The influence of temperature to the acid resistance and oxidation resistance of alginate fiber is extremely obvious. Almost all of the alginate fiber was degraded into small molecules and then dissolved at 80℃.
