氟硼荧染料修饰衍生研究进展

Functionalization of BODIPY Fluoresecent Dyes

氟硼荧光染料是近些年来新兴起来的、与传统染料相比具有优异光化学物理性能的一类荧光化合物。此类荧光染料大多展示出了其突出的光化学性能:长波吸收发射、光谱谱峰窄、荧光量子产率高以及高的光化学稳定性。这些优异的光化学性能使该类染料在生物标记和荧光成像等领域具有广泛的应用,尤其是长波(> 600nm)的BODIPY荧光染料,更适合于活体细胞成像跟踪生命过程的发生和变化。本文我们总结了目前常见的BODIPY荧光染料分子的合成方法,并综述了BODIPY分子结构修饰衍生的最新研究进展。

Boron dipyrromethene dyes (BODIPY) have excellent photophysical and photochemical properties such as high fluorescence quantum yields, large extinction coefficients, good photostability and fine tunable optical properties through chemical modifications. These favorable features render BODIPY as widely used in materils and medicine areas, such as a fluorophore for construction of sensors, fluorescent labels, light harvesting systems, and photodynamic therapy agents. In this paper, synthetic methods for BODOPYs and their functionalizations are reviewed.
