阿拉伯木聚糖和海藻酸钠复合包埋植物乳杆菌的研究

本文采用阿拉伯木聚糖与海藻酸钠复合包埋L. plantarum。探讨了阿拉伯木聚糖浓度,阿魏酸含量,阿拉伯木聚糖的提取方式及添加阿拉伯木寡糖(益生元)对微胶囊化的L. plantarum在人工胃液的耐受性和人工肠液中缓释性的影响。实验表明:与单用海藻酸钠包埋的对照组相比,阿拉伯木聚糖和海藻酸钠复合包埋组显著增加了L. plantarum在人工胃液中的存活率;增加阿拉伯木聚糖浓度,能一定程度增加微胶囊的保护效果;6%阿拉伯木聚糖组在人工胃液处理2h后,活菌数下降2.0个对数值,与对照组相比,活菌数提高了2.23个对数值;阿魏酸含量越高,微胶囊保护效果越好;水提阿拉伯木聚糖组与碱提阿拉伯木聚糖组的耐酸性没有显著性差异;添加阿拉伯木寡糖(益生元),微胶囊的保护效果显著增加。在肠液模拟释放中,增加阿拉伯木聚糖浓度,提高阿魏酸含量和碱提阿拉伯木聚糖能有效延缓微胶囊的释放。表明阿拉伯木聚糖与海藻酸钠复合包埋能显著增加菌的耐酸性和延缓菌在肠道的释放。
In this paper, L. Plantarum was entrapped in the beads made from arabinoxylan and Sodium alginate by the extrusion technique. The effects of different concentrations of arabinoxylan, different contents of ferulic acid, different extraction ways of arabinoxylan, add AXOS (prebiotics) on the viability and controlled release of encapsulated L. Plantarum were investigated. Experimental results show that: compared with sodium alginate embedding group, arabinoxylans and alginate embedding group significantly increased the number of survival L. plantarum in artificial gastric juice; Increased the concentration of arabinoxylan, to some extent, significantly improved microcapsule protective effect, compared with control group, 6% arabinoxylan group increase the number of living L. plantarum 2.23 log.The higher content of ferulic acid, the better protection effect of microcapsule; there is no significant difference between water extraction arabinoxylan group and alkali extraction arabinoxylan group; Addition of prebiotics ( AXOS) can provided better protection effect. Increased the concentration of arabinoxylan, enhance the content of ferulic acid and alkali arabinoxylan can effectively prolong its release upon exposure to intestinal pH.
