铜负载量对介孔铜铈变换催化剂结构与性能的影响
Influence of copper loadings on the structure and catalytic performance of meso-porous CuO/CeO2 catalysts for water-gas shift reaction
采用浸渍法制备了不同铜负载量的CuO/CeO2水煤气变换催化剂,利用XRD、BET、TPR和活性测试等对催化剂样品的结构及催化性能进行比较研究。结果表明,铜负载量大小是影响CuO/CeO2催化剂结构与性能的重要因素,适宜的铜负载量有利于提高CuO/CeO2催化剂的变换反应活性,过高的铜负载量形成的晶相氧化铜抑制CuO/CeO2催化剂的活性。浸渍法制备的CuO/CeO2催化剂最佳铜负载量为12%。
he CuO/CeO2 water gas shift catalysts with different copper loadings were prepared by impregnation method. The structure and performance of the catalyst were characterized by XRD, BET and TPR, and the activities on the shift reaction were also tested. The results show that Copper loadings are an important factor to affect the structure and properties of CuO/CeO2 catalyst. The appropriate loaded amount of copper help to improve catalytic activity for water gas shift reaction, and the higher copper loading would formed crystalline phase of copper oxide which inhibited the catalytic activity of CuO/CeO2 catalyst. The best copper loadings are 12%.
