鲤鱼多聚免疫球蛋白受体pIgR的组织分布

多聚免疫球蛋白受体(pIgR)不仅能介导多聚体形式的免疫球蛋白进行跨细胞转运,而且具有保护免疫球蛋白免受降解的功能,在粘膜免疫中具有重要作用。本论文利用分子生物学和免疫组织化学技术对鲤鱼粘膜组织pIgR的分布进行了研究。结果表明,在鲤鱼肠、鳃及皮肤等多种粘膜组织中pIgR mRNA均有较高水平的表达,而且pIgR蛋白主要分布在肠近腔面的上皮细胞中。为进一步研究鱼类pIgR的免疫功能奠定了基础。
Polymeric immunoglobulin receptor (pIgR) is a kind of transmembrane protein which mediates the transportation of polymeric immunoglobulins across the mucosal epithelial cells and protects them from proteolytic degradation. It plays an important role in mucosal immunity. In this paper, we studied the distribution of pIgR in mucosal tissues of carp with molecular biology and immunohistochemical techniques. The results revealed that the mRNA was highly expressed in intestine, gill, skin and other mucosal tissues of carp while the protein mainly distributed in the basolateral surface of intestine epithelial cells. This study will benefit further researching of the immunological function of fish pIgR.
