随着"双碳"目标的提出,可再生能源在能源转型中扮演着重要角色,然而风电和光伏等分布式能源的接入导致微电网运行受到波动性和随机性的影响。本文提出了基于多时间尺度下的综合能源微电网系统优化调度策略,引入价格型需求响应机制平滑负荷曲线,日前以运行成本最小化为优化目标,日内以调整量最小为目标。算例仿真表明,通过日前协调调度与日内滚动调度的联合优化,可以提高可再生能源的利用率,提高系统的经济性和可靠性,证明策略的有效性。

bstract: With the introduction of the "carbon neutrality" goal, renewable energy plays an important role in the energy transformation. However, the integration of distributed energy sources such as wind and photovoltaic power has led to the fluctuation and randomness in the operation of microgrids.This paper proposes an optimized scheduling strategy for a comprehensive energy microgrid system based on multiple time scales, introducing a price-based demand response mechanism to smooth the load curve, with the goal of minimizing operating costs for the day-ahead plan and minimizing adjustments for the intra-day plan. Simulation results show that the coordinated scheduling of day-ahead and intra-day optimization can improve the utilization of renewable energy, enhance the economic and reliable performance of the system, and demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed strategy.
