Research Progress of 1-D Semiconducting Nanomaterials

一维半导体纳米材料如纳米管、纳米线异质结,具有许多独特的性质和广阔的应用前景,已经吸引了国内外科学界的高度重视。本文评述了几种重要的半导体纳米管和纳米线异质结的研究进展,着重介绍了纳米管(Si、GaN、ZnS、ZnSe)、纳米线异质结(Ga/ZnS、Si/ZnS、ZnS/Si/ZnS)的合成制备方法及其可能的应用领域,并对半导体纳米管、纳米线异质结可能的发展方向做了展望。

One dimensional nanostructured materials, such as nanotubes and nanowire heterostructures, attracted much attention due to their unique properities and widespread applications. This article summarizes our research progress about several important nanotubes and nanowire heterostructures, putting emphases on their synthesis methods, properties and potential applications, including nanotubes of Si, GaN, ZnS and ZnSe, and nanowire heterostructures of Ga/ZnS, Si/ZnS and ZnS/Si/ZnS, and then give prospective trends about these nanostructured materials.
