桁架机械手是柔性自动线中至关重要的一环,承担着物流输送及上下料作用。国内对桁架机械手的设计还停留在仿制阶段,对于设计环节中桁架刚度和支腿位置设计还未见深入研究。本文构造了桁架机械手有限元模型,结合工程实际,用Ansys对桁架机械手进行了静力学仿真分析。充分掌握桁架机械手在关键位置施加重载情况的静力学变形情况,确定最佳支撑方案,为桁架机械手支腿摆放设计提供指导。支腿支撑位置确定后,分别在不同位置加载得出导轨面变形曲线,指导变形补偿设计。

he Gantry manipulator is a vital part of the Flexible Processing Line, which undertakes the transportation task. More than that, it undertakes the loading and unloading task. The domestic manufacturers remain the imitation stage of the design of Gantry manipulator. We still need further research not only in the design of supporting position but also the analysis of Gantry manipulator's stiffness. The paper established the finite element model of the Gantry manipulator. The static analysis were performed on the gantry manipulator. based on practical engineering by means of Ansys. Grasp the sufficient static deformation analysis of Gantry manipulator at key positions under heavy load, in order to confirm the best supporting position, which can be used to guide the deisgn of the supporting position. The analysis were performed to gain the deformation of Gantry manipulator at various positions at the confirmed supporting position. And the deformation curve gained can be used to guide the design of compensation.
