Multi Hop Routing Protocol using Energy Aware in Wireless Sensor Networks

无线传感器网的功耗与网络稳定性影响其应用范围,而路由在其中起很大作用。当前广泛使用的解决方案是LEACH协议。然而LEACH在网络生存时间与稳定性存在问题。本文提出一种基于LEACH改进的路由协议来解决该问题。即在簇首选举过程中引入能量门限并在路由过程中采用多跳的方式发送到基站。仿真结果说明改进后的协议能显著延长网络生存时间并提高网络稳定性。

Energy efficiency and network stability affects the application of WSNs, while routing plays a vital role in balancing energy consumption. At present Low-Energy Adaptive Clustering Hierarchy (LEACH) Protocol is a widely used solution. However, there exist problems on network lifetime and stability of LEACH. An improved Routing protocol based on LEACH is proposed to deal with that. Energy threshold is introduced in cluster head (CH) election and multi hop routing to base station (BS) is proposed in routing phase. Simulation proves that improved routing protocol effectively extend the lifetime and improve stability of network.
