本文在建立了双油槽圆形轴瓦滑动轴承微通道油膜模型的基础上,采用计算流体力学(computation fluid dynamic,CFD)的数值方法,结合混合多相流模型及空穴模型,研究了滑动轴承油膜压力和空穴区域的分布情况,并对比传统的单相流模型的计算数据。结果表面采用空穴模型(考虑在轴承油膜负压区内润滑油和油汽混合存在)更符合实际的情况;在此基础上,研究了润滑油中溶解的空气含量的大小对轴承微通道空穴区域分布,以及滑动轴承静态特性的影响。

micro-channel film model of double oil grooved round slid bearing has been developed in this paper. The pressure distribution of oil film and cavitation zone has also been analysised based on CFD methods which combined the mixture model and cavitation model(include the effect of non-condensable gases). At the same time, compaired with the traditional single phase model ,the cavitation model (considering the divergence region of bearing as mixed region full of oil and gas) has a good agree with the fact.
