高效石油降解菌的分离鉴定和降解性能研究
Isolation and identification of high – efficiency oil degrading bacteria and their degradation characteristics
从被石油污染的水和土壤中分离并筛选得到3种高效降解石油菌Sy4、Sy7和Sy10,石油降解率分别为88.7%、91.6%和90.9%;并进行了混合菌的配比优化试验,结果表明,在相同条件下混合菌石油降解效果优于单菌,当Sy7:Sy10=1:1混合接种时石油降解率最高,为93.9%;混合菌的的降解最佳时间为5d;当pH值为7~8时,温度为35℃,进水石油浓度低于300 mg/L时石油降解率最高。
From water and soil which is polluted by oil,obtained Sy4, Sy7 and Sy10 three kinds of oil-degrading bacteria by isolation, culture and selection (screening), and their corresponding biodegradation rate are 88.7%, 91.6% and 90.7%; performed optimization of the mixture ratio test, the study shows that the degrading performance of mixed bacteria is better than single-species, when mixed proportion of inoculation is Sy7 : Sy10 = 1 : 1, biodegradation rate is the highest (92.6%); when pH is 7~8, temperature is 35℃, the content of oil is less than 300mg/L, biodegradation rate is the highest。
