R＆D人力资本与全要素生产率的关系研究

Since the 21st century human capital to the country or region's economic development role is increasingly significant,，so a large number of literature at home and abroad discusses the human capital to total factor productivity, and in this paper, from the perspective of R&D human capital growth, first of all, based on c-d production function that total factor productivity growth, to build VAR model, granger causality test, cointegration test, impulse response analysis and variance decomposition， the R&D human capital growth rate and total factor productivity growth rate, the causal relationship between long-term dynamic relationship and the contribution rate between the two. Study found that R&D human capital growth rate and total factor productivity growth rate there is one-way granger causality between, there is a long-term stable equilibrium relationship between, the growth rate of R&D human capital to the total factor productivity growth rate effect significantly, and the growth rate of total factor productivity growth rate of R&D human capital effect is not significant. According to the research conclusion in this paper, put forward the corresponding policy recommendations.
