随着我国实体企业金融化程度的不断加深,经济"脱实向虚"的风险日益加大。高管作为企业重要的决策主体,其职业经历通过内化为自身惯性的思维模式和行为模式对实体企业的金融资产配置产生正向或者负向的作用。系统深入的研究高管职业经历对于实体企业金融化的作用,对于促进实体企业投资效率的提高及新旧动能的转换,防止资金空转,推动经济成功转型具有重要的理论和现实意义。文章利用面板数据混合效应模型研究高管职业多样性对实体企业金融化的影响,不仅从基准回归展开研究,还进行作用机制分析并从产权、市场化程度、金融资产类型三个方面进行异质性分析,主要研究内容及结论如下:第一,文章通过面板数据混合效应模型发现高管职业多样性均对实体企业金融化具有抑制作用,第二,实证结果表明文章设定的影响路径成立。第三,根据产权性质、市场化程度高低及金融资产类型划分总样本后进行异质性检验表明呈现出显著的异质性。

With the deepening of the financial degree of China\'s real enterprises, the risk of economic "from real to virtual" is increasing day by day. As an important decision-making subject of an enterprise, senior executives\' professional experience has a positive or negative effect on the financial asset allocation of an entity enterprise through internalization of its own habitual thinking mode and behavior mode. It is of great theoretical and practical significance to systematically and deeply study the role of senior executives\' professional experience in the financialization of real enterprises, as well as to promote the improvement of investment efficiency of real enterprises and the conversion of old and new drivers, prevent idling of capital and promote the successful economic transformation. This paper uses the mixed effects model of panel data to study the impact of executive career diversity on financialization of real enterprises. It not only carries out the study from the baseline regression, but also carries out the heterogeneity analysis from the three aspects of action mechanism and property right, degree of marketization, and type of financial assets. The main research contents and conclusions are as follows: Firstly, the mixed effects model of panel data is used to find that executive career diversity has an inhibitory effect on the financialization of real enterprises. Secondly, the empirical results show that the influence path set in the paper is true. Thirdly, the heterogeneity test of the total samples according to property right nature, marketization degree and financial asset type shows that there is significant heterogeneity.
