地面灌溉灌水器技术参数分析

为解决地面灌溉田间灌水施肥设施贫乏、水肥利用效率低的问题,笔者提出了水肥一体化地面灌溉系统,其中地面灌溉灌水器是地面灌溉系统的关键设备。本文结合我国畦灌和沟灌等地面灌溉技术的实践经验,对地面灌溉灌水器的出水口间距、出水口流量和管径、输水毛管的流量和管径进行了分析。分析表明,地面灌溉灌水器出水口适宜间距为20~500cm,适宜长度为10~100cm;出水口流量以0.1~18L/s为宜,出水口管径为11~152mm;输水毛管的流量则需要结合取水水源的流量和同时工作的灌水器数目确定。地面灌溉灌水器具有结构简单成本低、灌水效率高、可控性强、适用范围广、适宜与农业机械化生产相结合的特点。鉴于地面灌溉的普遍性,地面灌溉灌水器将是一个广阔的新兴节水灌溉市场,本文能够为地面灌溉灌水器的生产和在农业生产中的推广应用提供参考依据。
Surface irrigation is still the main irrigation technology applied all over the world. But surface irrigation results in low water and fertilizer use efficiency owing to poor facilities. A surface fertigation system is put forward to improve facilities to increase water and fertilizer use efficiency of crops for surface irrigation. The surface fertigation system is composed of four parts, intake pipe, fertilizer applicator, water delivery pipe and surface watering device. The surface watering device is a kind of distributive hose with several water outlets in a fixed spacing, and is linked with water delivery pipe and is used to distribute water to furrow field or irrigation ditch. On the basis of the practical experience on border and furrow irrigation, the technical parameters of surface watering device, including spacing, flow and diameter of outlet pipe , flow and diameter of the distributive pipe, were analyzed in this paper. For the outlet pipe, the suitable spacing and length was respectively 20-500 and 10~100 cm, and the appropriate flow and diameter of the outlet pipe was respectively 0.1 ~ 18 l/s and 11 ~ 152 mm. The flow and diameter of the distributive pipe lie on the flow of water sources and the outlet pipes working together. Surface watering device has the advantage of simple structure, lower cost, high controllability, has a wide range of application and is suitable to combine with agricultural mechanization production. In view of the universality of surface irrigation, surface watering devices will become a vast new water-saving irrigation market. The study of this paper can provide support for the popularization and application of surface watering device in agricultural production.
