简支梁桥下部结构抗地表残余变形数值研究

地下矿物资源开采会造成地表塌陷,且在一定时期内存在着持续的残余变形,严重影响地面构筑物的使用安全。因此,对于要建在采空区的桥梁,必须进行抗地表残余变形能力的分析评估。本文结合山东济宁某采煤沉陷区的简支梁桥设计,针对其下部结构的抗地表残余倾斜变形能力进行ANSYS数值分析,得出结论:残余倾斜变形对桥梁的下部结构有着很大影响,主要影响对象是桩和柱,对盖梁影响较小;在残余倾斜变形条件下桥梁下部结构拉应力增大幅度大于压应力增大幅度;该桥梁下部结构需要采取结构改造和加固措施。

Mining underground mineral resources will cause surface subsidence and sustained residual deformation within a certain period, which will seriously affect the safe use of ground structures. Therefore, as for bridges to be built in mined-out areas, analysis and evaluation on anti deformation capacity against ground surface residual deformation must be taken. Based on the design of the simple beam bridge in a certain mining subsidence area in Jining, Shandong, this paper provides a numerical analysis of the anti deformation capacity against ground surface residual inclined deformation of its substructure by means of ANSYS. Conclusions are drawn as follows: Residual inclined deformation has significance influence on the substructure of bridge. It mainly influences piles and columns while it has small influence on coping. Under the condition of residual inclined deformation, the increase amplitude of tensile stress of bridge's substructure is lager than that of compressive stress of bridge's substructure. The substructure of the bridge needs structure reformation and strengthening.
