面向大规模定制的供应链延迟策略模型研究
Supply chain postponement strategy model research for mass customization
根据大规模定制环境下供应链延迟制造活动的特点,利用排队论建立了以制造商为核心的供应链延迟策略模型。考察在考虑顾客个性化要求和等待时间的情形下,制造商如何确定最优的供应商通用件比例(由供应商完成的产品比例)以及其通用件的库存水平,以得到较优的总成本。实例仿真结果表明该模型的可行性,同时为制造商提供了一种有效的决策手段。
bstract: According to the characteristic of supply chain delay manufacturing activities for mass customization, a supply chain postponement strategy model of manufacturer-centric is established by using queuing theory. Considering the case of personalized customer requirements and customer waiting time, the manufacturer how to determine the optimal point of differentiation (the of processing completed by the supplier) and its optimal semi-finished goods buffer size for the best total cost .The simulation results show the feasibility of the model, providing an effective decision-making tool to manufacturers.
