基于PRO/E的齿轮参数化设计

齿轮是广泛应用于各种机械传动的一种常用零件,用来传递动力、改变转速和旋转方向。常见的有直齿圆柱齿轮、斜齿圆柱齿轮、圆锥齿轮、人字齿轮等。文章介绍了基于PRO/E利用Program实现齿轮参数化设计的方法。根据渐开线生成的原理和理论公式,在方程编辑器中输入笛卡尔坐标方程,从而生成精确的齿轮轮齿渐开线,再据角变位斜齿轮各参数的计算公式,精确创建了齿廓曲线;利用扫描混合和阵列命令创建斜齿轮的轮齿特征。从而使设计人员能方便快捷地实现齿轮的三维特征造型设计以便提高设计效率。
Gears are widely used in a variety of mechanical transmission of a common parts, used to transfer power to change the speed and direction of rotation. Common are spur gears, helical gears, bevel gear, herringbone gear. This paper introduces based on PRO / E to use Program Gears parametric design approach. According to the principles of involute generation and theoretical formula, equation editor, enter the Cartesian coordinates equation, to generate accurate involute gear teeth, then deflection angle bevel gear according to the parameters of the calculation formula, accurate to create tooth profile curve; the use of mix-and-scanned array command to create a helical gear tooth feature.Allowing designers to easily and quickly achieve the three-dimensional characteristics of gear Design in order to improve design efficiency.
