提高有机太阳能电池的能量转换效率是当前研究的热点。增加有机太阳能电池器件基底的透过率可提高太阳能电池对光的吸收率,可增大光电流,增大器件的短路电流密度,提高器件的转换效率。本文采用电子束蒸发法在ITO玻璃背面制备单层MgF2增透膜,提高了ITO玻璃的透过率。并将其应用在P3HT:PCBM系体异质结有机太阳能电池上,提高了有机太阳能电池器件的短路电流密度、填充因子和能量转换效率。

Improving the conversion efficiency of the organic solar cell is the focus of current research. Increasing the transmittance of the substrate of the solar cells can improve the light absorption, increase the photocurrent and then improve the conversion efficiency of the device. In this paper, a MgF2 antireflection coating is prepared by electron beam evaporation. The MgF2 antireflection coating can increase the average transmittance of ITO glass and was applied in the P3HT: PCBM heterojunction organic solar cell. The conversion efficiency and the short-circuit current density were improved due to the introduction of the MgF2 antireflection coating.
