三元复合驱储层物性变化特征研究

Study on Characteristics Change of Reservoir Physical Property after ASP Flooding

矿场试验结果表明三元复合驱油体系中碱与油层水及矿物反应会导致结垢和伤害油层,三元复合驱矿场结垢问题日趋严重,生产井作业周期延长,生产成本增加,严重影响正常生产。利用扫描电子显微镜分析研究水驱和三元复合驱岩心微观孔隙结构的差异及储层物性变化特征,并通过颗粒运移实验研究三元复合驱驱替压力变化及驱替液颗粒数量变化。研究结果表明强碱对地层岩石矿物的溶蚀等作用,形成大量泥质和细小颗粒,三元驱替剂对地层的溶蚀伤害比较明显,长石和石英、粘土矿物的溶蚀现象比较严重,孔隙中充填颗粒状物质,矿物表面有小块次生石英生成,对驱油过程产生不利影响。三元复合驱储层物性变化特征研究为研究三元复合驱储层结垢机理研究奠定基础,对于改善三元驱后提高采收率具有一定的指导意义。

he field tests shows that in the ASP flooding, alkali reacting with reservoir water and mineral can lead to scale and hurt the reservoir and as scaling problems become increasingly serious, production wells work on longer cycle, and the cost of production increases, which have the serious influence on the normal production in oilfield. In this paper, microscopic pore structure differences between cores after water flooding and the ASP flooding and change characteristics on reservoir physical property were studied by scanning electron microscopy and the change of displacement pressure and quantity of displacement liquid particles after the ASP flooding were studied by particle migration experiments. The results showed that alkali can dissolute formation rock minerals forming a large number of mud and tiny particles. The corrosion damage is more noticeable that the displacement agent of the ASP flooding have to the formation; dissolution of feldspar, quartz and clay mineral is more serious, and pore filling with granular material, and mineral surface has small pieces of secondary quartz, which prevent the process of oil displacement. The study on change characteristics of reservoir physical property after the ASP flooding provides the basis for scaling mechanism after the ASP flooding and it is necessary for improving recovery after the ASP flooding.
