his paper introduces the distributed real time monitoring system for sewage rate in open channel based on WEB, and this system that uses JSP + JDBC + SQL SERVER technology and B / S model of system architecture. It use of languages such as Java and JavasScript Etc. to achieved WEB-based MVC pattern function modules, And the software realized remote monitoring, JDBC database connection, performance curve drawing, history data inquiring and reporting after the commissioning and system alarm implements.
