NbO/NiCo复合纳米颗粒的制备与物性表征
Preparation and characterization of NbO/NiCo composite nanoparticles
为了探究氧化铌基复合材料作为超级电容器电极材料的电化学性能,通过一步CVD法制备了碳布负载的NbO/NiCo复合纳米颗粒。对制备的样品进行XRD和SEM分析,表征了材料的结构与形貌特征,同时组装成超级电容器对材料的电化学性能进行测试,探究了其作为KOH超级电容器电极材料的可行性。结果表明,所制备的电极材料在1A/g的电流密度下可以提供90mAh/g的比容量,经过1000次充放电循环后能够保持70%的初始性能。
In order to explore the electrochemical performance of niobium oxide based composite as electrode material for supercapacitors, carbon cloth loaded NbO/NiCo composite nanoparticles were prepared by one-step CVD method.The prepared samples were analyzed by XRD and SEM to characterize the structure and morphology of the materials. At the same time, the electrochemical properties of the materials were tested by assembling supercapacitors, and the feasibility of using them as electrode materials for KOH supercapacitors was explored.The results show that the prepared electrode material can provide a specific capacity of 90 mAh/g at a current density of 1 A/g, and can maintain 70% of the initial performance after 1000 charge-discharge cycles.
