瑞香狼毒化学成分及其生物活性研究进展

Chemical constituents and bioactivities of Stellera chamaejasmme are reviewed. Previous chemical investigations on the roots of this plant have led to the isolation of diverse secondary metabolites, including highly functionalized daphnane diterpenoids, tigliane diterpenoids, bioflavonoids, lignans, and coumarins etc. Many of the isolates exhibited significant pharmacological activities such as anti-tumor and anti-HIV activities, and are worth further research and development.
