不同年龄、性别大趾鼠耳蝠(Mytios macrodacrtylus) 夏季食性差异分析
Food Habit of Big Toe Bats(Mytios macrodacrtylus) with Different Age and Different Gender in Summer
2008年7-8月,在吉林省集安地区收集中国新纪录种大趾鼠耳蝠(Mytios macrodacrtylus)粪便进行食性分析,并比较不同年龄、性别的食性差异。结果表明:大趾鼠耳蝠的夏季食性比较广泛,鞘翅目(Coleoptera, 28.50-84.24%—体积百分比)、鳞翅目(Lepidoptera, 1.30-35.97%)、双翅目(Diptera, 0.45-43.76%)、毛翅目(Plicipenna, 0-66.39%)昆虫在食物组成中所占比例较大。偶见膜翅目(Hymenoptera)、同翅目(Homoptera)、半翅目(Hemiptera)、蜉蝣目(Ephemerida)昆虫,均<2%。不同昆虫在食物中所占比例随时间不同年龄,不同性别的蝙蝠对食物的选择均存在明显差异(P <0.05)。
In July and Augest 2008 we collected guano and dejecta of Mytios macrodacrtylus from a colony located in the Ji’an (southeastern Jilin Province),which was a new recorded species in China. We examined the collection and analyzed the results of different age and different gender. The results showed that eight orders of insects were eaten by big-toe bats, with Coleoptera (28.50-84.24% - the percentage of volume), Lepidoptera (1.30-35.97%), Diptera (0.45-43.76%), Trichoptera (0-66.39%) occurring at the highest percent volumes. Hymenoptera, Homoptera, Hemiptera, Ephemeroptera are less observed in fecal samples (<2%). The proportion of different insects changed over time. There were significant differences in the food habits of different age and different gender.
