将优化建模软件LINGO10应用于单级圆柱齿轮减速器优化设计的研究,在对单级圆柱齿轮减速器进行分析的基础上,以体积最小为目标建立了单级圆柱齿轮减速器结构优化设计的数学模型,利用优化建模软件LINGO10对目标函数求解最优值. 利用LINGO10求解优化问题,不用编写大量算法程序,提高了设计效率,算法可靠,非常实用。
In this paper, the problems in the optimal design of single-stage cylindrical gear reducer are investigated with LINGO10 model language. To reduce the volume of gear are the objectives, the single-stage cylindrical gear reducer transmission system was analyzed and the mathematical model was established .In an example, the optimal design is presented with the help of LINGO10 model language. The result manifests that LINGO10 model language is very practical in that the optimum issue can be solved without designing a great deal of arithmetic programmer, the design efficiency can be improved and it’s arithmetic is very reliable.
