自锁型继电器在隔爆电源产品中的应用

自动化控制系统在爆炸性环境得到广泛的应用,催生了对防爆后备电源系统的需求。同时煤矿紧急避险系统的建设也提出了对大容量长延时后备电源的需求,而在防爆相关的国家标准和行业标准中,规定隔爆电源产品内部的电池组和电池管理单元在开盖前必须全部断开。为解决这个问题,本电路以自锁型继电器为核心,采用单键控制实现了电池组和电池管理系统瞬时通断,大大提高了控制效率和电源的安全性。本电路已在隔爆电源产品中得到实验验证,控制简单,可靠性高,功耗低。
utomatic control system is widely used in an explosive environment,leading to the demand for back-up power system of explosion proof. And the construction of coal mine emergency system also put forward the demand of large-capacity long-delay back-up power. In the relevant national standards and industry standards of explosion proof,requesting the battery pack and battery management unit in the explosion-proof power supply should be cut before removed cover .To slove this problem,the circuit based on the self-locking relay ,using one key to achieve instaneous cutting of the battery pack and battery management unit, greatly improving the control efficiency and power safety.The circuit has been tested in products of the explosion-proof power supply,easily controlling,high reliabilty,low consumption.
