气力式油菜精量排种系统各行一致性影响要素分析

气力式油菜精量排种系统各行一致性是衡量2BFQ-6型油菜精量联合直播机工作性能的重要指标。本文从系统结构参数出发,结合运行参数的试验研究,运用多元非线性回归等数学方法,分析研究了排种系统各行一致性影响要素及其作用规律进行了阐述。结果表明:气力式油菜精量排种系统中,风机流量等高线呈二次抛物线型式,当泄气孔大小在35-40mm时,风机在不同的转速下流量均能够达到极大值;在排种转速<40r/min、风机流量<140Nm3/h区域内,气力式油菜精量排种系统各行一致性均<5%,在排种转速较高、风机流量较小或风机流量较大、排种转速较低时,不利于保证排种系统的各行一致性;存在确定的排种转速和风机流量组合,使得系统既有较好的各行一致性,又可以保证系统较好的排量效果。本文对影响系统各行一致性要素的分析结果可为2BFQ-6型油菜精量联合直播机的结构改进及其工作参数匹配提供参考。

Sowing-consistency of Pneumatic precision metering device for rapeseed is the key performance indexes of 2BFQ-6 precision seeder for rapeseed.On the basis of structure parameters, operation parameters and its experimental study, this paper was conducted to investigate the factors which affect sowing-consistency of the system.The results showed that the contours of fan flow showed a parabola type, and when outlet size of positve pressure changed from 35 to 40 mm, fan flow could came up to maximum value on different rotational speed.Sowing-consistency of the system was less than 5 percent when rotational speed of planter plate was less than 40r/min and fan flow was less than 140Nm3/h, and it's not food for sowing-consistency on high rotational speed of planter plate and low fan flow or on low rotational speed of planter plate and high fan flow.In a certain range of fan flow and rotational speed of planter plate, the system had good performances on sowing-consintency and seed rate.The conclusion obtained from this article is valuable for structure improvement and parameter matching of 2BFQ-6 precision seeder for rapeseed.
