本文针对目前与位置相关的数据采集方式中存在的采集效率和采集数据精度低等问题,提出了基于移动GIS的可定制数据采集系统,把GIS、GPS与GPRS等技术相结合应用到与位置相关的数据采集业务中。和目前大多数移动数据采集系统的不同之处在于针对不同的应用目的,该系统只需进行简单的定制操作即可满足不同的需求。最后以嘉兴市秀洲区北部湿地规划土地利用调查应用为研究实例,利用ArcGIS Mobile组件开发技术实现了该系统。

onsidering the low collection efficiency and accuracy in current location-related data collection systems, this paper puts forward a new customizable data collection system based on mobile GIS ,which combines GIS, GPS and GPRS technology for location-related data collection. Different from other data collection systems, this system would satisfy various needs for different applications only by simple customization operations. Finally, using the surveying system for wetlands planning in the north of XiuZhou,JiaXing as a study case, this system was implemented based on the ArcGIS Mobile.
