Synthesis of Quinoline Derivative with O-Alkynyl Naphthol as Skeleton
喹啉是一种广泛存在于天然产物、药物和生物活性分子中的结构。邻炔基萘酚是联烯醌(Vinylidene o-quinone methide)的前体化合物,后者是一类具有高反应活性、多反应位点的反应中间体。本研究工作将喹啉结构引入到邻炔基萘酚骨架中,合成了喹啉类衍生物,为后续探究基于联烯醌中间体的反应提供了底物。
Quinolines are structures that are widely found in natural products, pharmaceuticals, and biologically active molecules.O-alkynyl naphthol is the precursor compound of VQM (Vinylidene o-quinone methide), which is a kind of reaction intermediate with high reactivity and multiple reactive sites. In this work, the quinoline structure was introduced into the ortho-alkynyl naphthol skeleton, and the quinoline derivative was synthesized, which provided substrate for the subsequent exploration of reactions based on VQM.
