转杯纱临界捻系数与强力的相关性分析
Relativity analyses on the critical twist factor and yarn strength of Rotor-spun Yarn
为探讨转杯纱临界捻系数与强力的关系,试制棉、涤纶、纽代尔三种原料的转杯纱,并进行拉伸试验,进而得到捻系数-强力关系曲线、捻系数-强力关系的回归方程和不同纱线的临界捻系数。结果表明:纤维品种不同, 所得纱线最大强力不同, 同时纱线的临界捻系数亦不同;同线密度的三种纱线临界捻系数,纯棉纱大于化纤纱
o investigate the relationship between the critical twist factor and strength of rotor-spun yarn, yarn made of cotton, polyester and newdal were tensile- tested, curve of twist factor coefficient and strength, regression equation and critical of different yarns. The results show that the max strength and critical factor varies in the yarn made of different fibers; Cotton yarn critical twist factor is larger than man-made fibers when the linear densities are the same.
