Preparation and Characterization of Polyimide/Graphene /Silver Composite Films

为获得同时具有优异的电磁屏蔽性能和导电性能的功能材料,本文通过在聚酰亚胺基体中添加三氟乙酰丙酮银(作为银的前驱体)和石墨烯经高温热亚胺化制得聚酰亚胺/石墨烯/银三相复合薄膜。通过改变石墨烯含量以及热亚胺化时间研究复合薄膜的导电性能和电磁屏蔽效能。研究结果表明,石墨烯和银的质量分数分别为20%和10%的聚酰亚胺复合薄膜在320℃亚胺化5h时导电性和电磁屏蔽效能相对较好。

In order to obtain the composite with excellent conductivity as well as electromagnetic shielding, a three-phase polyimide/graphene/sliver composite film was produced via inserting (1,1,1-trifluoro-2,4-pentadionato) silver(I) (AgTFA) as sliver precursor and graphene into polyimide (PI) matrix. The conductivity and electro-magnetic shielding effectiveness of the three-phase composite film in different graphene's mass fraction or thermal curing procedure were studied. The results revealed that the composite film containing 20 wt % graphene and 10 wt % sliver exhibited excellent electromagnetic shielding properties as well as electrical conductivity when it was imidized under 320℃ for 5 hours.
