子午岭辽东栎林内植物与土壤碳氮磷化学计量特征
he stoichiometric ecology characteristics among different plants organs and soil of Quercus liaotungensis forest in Ziwuling of Loess Plateau
以黄土高原子午岭地区3种林龄辽东栎林为研究对象,测定林内植物、枯落物和土壤的C、N、P含量,分析连栽情况下植株不同器官、枯落物以及土壤化学计量生态学特征的变异。结果显示:林内植物各器官C、N、P含量存在显著性差异,分别在245.3~492.6 g?kg-1、1.57~20.6 g?kg-1和0.11~1.63 g?kg-1之间,枯落物C、N、P含量分别在283.5~329.0 g?kg-1、11.5~13.2 g?kg-1、0.73~1.06 g?kg-1之间。随着林龄的增加,植物C含量无显著性差异,N和P含量存在显著性差异,枯落物和土壤C、N、P含量均存在显著性差异。植物叶片C:N和C:P有显著增加趋势,N:P有先增加后减小趋势,枯落物C:N、C:P和N:P均有显著增加趋势,土壤C:N有显著减小趋势,C:P有先增加后减小的趋势,N:P无显著性差异。植物和土壤N和P含量分别具有显著的线性正相关,说明土壤中N、P供应量影响植物体中的N、P含量。
aking three different ages of Quercus liaotungensis forest in Ziwuling of Loess Plateau as the object,the content of C, N and P in plant ,litter and soil were determined to analyze the variation of the stoichiometric ecology characteristics among different plants organs, litter and soil. The results showed that there were significant difference between the content of C, N and P on different plants organs in 245.3 ~ 492.6 g kg 1, 1.57 ~ 20.6 g, kg - 1 and 0.11 ~ 1.63 g, kg - 1, respectively, litter in 283.5 ~ 329.0 g kg 1, 1, 11.5 ~ 13.2 g, kg - and 0.73 ~ 1.06 g, kg - 1 respectively. With the increase of the forest age, there was no significant difference between the content of C on plant. However, there was obvious various among the content of N and P on plant,the content of C,N,P on litter and soil. C: N and C: P on plant leaves had a significant increase trend, N: P had a decreasing trend after increase first,C:N,C:P,N:P on litter had a significant increase trend,C:N in soil had a significant decreasing trend, C: P had a decreasing trend after increase first,and there was no significant difference between N: P. The content of N and P on plant and soil had a significant linear positive correlation respectively, and it showed that the supply of N and P on soil affected the content of N and P in plant.
