基于B/S架构的招商评估系统设计与实现
Based on B/S structure Assessment System of Investment Design and Implementation
本文在总结和介绍国内外招商评估方面研究成果的基础上，为大连长兴岛临港工业区开发了一套有实际应用背景的评估体系。本系统包括评价体系指标的选择，评价系统的模型数据库建立，面向对像编码等功能模块。系统基于Browser/Server架构，采用ASP.NET技术。系统创新的采用层次分析法并以生长型神经网络后期调整其权重，提高了算法的性能，改善了系统的可用性，提高了投资项目的回报率。
his paper developed a set of Evaluation System for Dalian Changxing island on the basis of the domestic and foreign investment research results. This system included the evaluation system indicator selection, evaluation system model database construction, object-oriented coding, .etc. The System adopted ASP.NET technology based on Browser/Server architecture.Comparing with traditional manual system, This system improved the availability and investment return rate.
