摘要
文章以智能电力远程自动抄表终端为例,介绍了如何用Delphi实现在该系统的上位机管理系统。主要介绍通信模块的设计，采用RS-232C串行通信方法和编程思想,还介绍了根据数据传输规约的要求对帧的编写，并提供了已经实现的清理终端交采止码功能的源程序。Abstract
